With a key role in our rapidly-growing company, you’ll help build the best milkman on earth by hiring new colleagues for our Strategy & Analytics team, in other words: best analytical minds out there. You’re ready to become a Picnic ambassador and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each candidate.

🎯 What you'll do

Find and hire exceptional business analysts together with your fellow recruiters and sourcers
Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to final negotiation, and give sharp assessments of candidate's skills, performance and potential fit for Picnic
Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
Develop innovative strategies to find new talent by getting involved in a wide range of initiatives: from sourcing to networking to helping in events set-up and partnering with different universities or associations
Partner up with your (international) analytics recruitment team and the talent sourcers to work on new strategies on how to attract the best talent for Picnic

⭐ About you

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources
3+ years of experience as an in-house or corporate recruiter, preferably in a start-up environment and/or in an analytics domain
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English (any other languages are a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset, curious and driven to go the extra mile in finding the best analysts out there
Ability to manage the stakeholders by keeping them up to date and together with them finding best ways on how to staff their teams
Strong focus on quality of the analyst profiles that we do need, as well as great assessment skills
