This role is hybrid with 3 days in office (Cracow, Fabryczna Street)

The Basics:

Tanium is adding to its world-class accounting and finance organization and is looking for a Senior International Payroll and Global Mobility Analyst to join our team. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-growth, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly motivated team player who brings a strong work ethic and a desire to increase their accounting skills. 

What you’ll do:

  • Hands-on processing and serving as in-house SME of payroll and tax compliance for Poland and other EMEA countries.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret employee mobility data to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments such as HR, Recruiting, and Legal to ensure compliance with payroll/benefit requirements for Poland other EMEA countries. 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of end-to-end payroll processing in Poland and other EMEA countries.
  • A proficient understanding of taxation, mobility tax issues, and how these may relate to equity transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and data management/analysis skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to interface and establish rapport with cross-functional internal teams and external mobility consultant
