This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office per week (Fabryczna street, Krakow)
The Basics:
Tanium is looking for a high-performing sales operations analyst to support the Partner Sales Organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities and programs related to our Partner Alliance Operations team, with a focus on Hyperscale partners (Microsoft, AWS, and GCP) and Technology partners (ServiceNow). This role will also support special projects that impact sales initiatives critical to the success of the Sales organization. The role will also focus on maintaining data integrity, optimizing processes, and contributing to the success of key sales projects.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and a process-oriented problem solver. They will be joining the Global Sales Operations & Strategy team to support the strategic and tactical execution of our Partner Sales Strategy.
What you’ll do:

Matrix-alignment to our Strategic Partnership organization with a focus on supporting sales functions including CRM management, business analysis, and partner related activities.
- CRM Management: manage the end-to-end deal registration workflow for hyperscaler and technology partners, including submitting, updating, and closing opportunities in the pipeline.
- Business Analyses: conduct pipeline analyses, as requested/planned.
- Operational Support: support the end-to-end workflow of deal registrations in partner and Tanium CRMs, including Tanium Field teams, as applicable.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in business or quantitative field (e.g. business management, finance,).
- Experience
- 2-4 years in an analytical role, preferably within Sales Operations / Partner Alliance teams.
- Experience with hyperscalers (MSFT, AWS) and Partner portals a plus.
- Expertise with MS Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI is a plus, specifically basic to advanced knowledge of functions.
- Other

- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about diving into data and numbers, error checking, and discussing results to drive data-driven decisions.
