We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven and media-centric User Acquisition Team Lead to propel the success of our Growth organization. In this role, you’ll take part in designing Taboola’s paid media activities, global expansion strategy, broadening our potential and existing customer base. 


The User Acquisition Team Lead is a performance oriented person that deeply understands the media buying journey and blends a strategic view of business with an out of the box mentality, managerial skills, and an analytical approach.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Manage 8 figure budget and large scale B2B media operations
  • Managing a team of awesome PPC Campaign Managers
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of performance
  • Find new opportunities for growth
  • Planning and execution of company wide initiatives
  • Architecting the user journey (Creative, Copy, CRO)
  • Exploration of new channels and tools
  • Commitment to results, and report on key business metrics

What are the skills we are looking for in our next User Acquisition Team Lead? 

 

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in PPC/Campaign Manager or equivalent roles
  • Proven cross functional project management skills. e.g; product, policy, sales
  • Proven people management skills 1-3 years experience
  • High PPC proficiency 
  • Proficient in Meta - advantage
  • Has a broad view of business with an in-depth understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey
  • Global B2B experience in a Hi tech company 
  • Analytical mind set and strong ability to make data based decisions
  • Strong communication skills and excellent English, required to communicate daily with global teams. Additional languages are welcome
  • Creativity and ability to brief & judge design and content
