Job Description:

As an industry leader we are looking for an exceptional Recruiting Manager to join our team. This position requires a self-starter to establish and build Supplemental Health Care’s reputation and brand through the market while recruiting and retaining healthcare therapy travelers. Achieve individual performance goals by operating the Supplemental Way in exceeding minimum activity standards.

Additional functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retention strategies to establish and/or expand portfolio of healthcare travelers
• Maintain farms and networks of known travelers and/or travel candidates within database and remain in constant contact to ensure Supplemental Health Care is their first travel choice
• Build relationships with travelers to promote Supplemental Health Care by way of referrals and other business building opportunities
• Maintain current travelers and hire new travelers
• Establish appropriate recruiting activities to ensure high percentage of orders are filled on time
• Address traveler concerns and problems effectively and timely providing detailed feedback
• Manage travelers in individual travel portfolio to ensure all Supplemental Health Care new hire and on-boarding requirements, compliance, payroll and expense reimbursement requirements are met in a timely manner
• Communicate with travelers and travel candidates as well as field and office personnel in a professional manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport
• Serve as liaison between National Account Managers and travelers and travel candidates

Job Requirements:

•Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•Minimum two years of sales experience
•Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience
•Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
•Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
•Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems
•Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members
•Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
•Must show attention to detail
•Demonstrated excellent skills, negotiation skills and detail skills
•Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including the “C" level
•Demonstrated experience in selling strategic sales solutions
•Computer proficiency to include current software programs, i.e. MS Word and Excel
