Your typical day includes:

Translate business needs into clearly defined (technical) requirements for the development team
Together with the development team work out the technical requirements into refined user stories
Analyze existing process to identify gaps and areas of improvement
Supporting the Product Owner to create a roadmap
Lead Refinement and Poker sessions with the developments team
Check sprint progress and make sure questions are resolved rapidly
Create documentation for business use cases, process- and or data flows
Align feature roll-outs across multiple development teams

This job might be for you if you have:

3+ years experience in a similar analyst role
3+ years experience in working agile scrum and with development teams
Excellent analytical skills
Great communication skills and the ability to work with many different types of people
An entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on mindset with the skills to coach people to get to the next level
A great eye for detail without losing the high-level goals and overview
Experience in SQL and with Atlassian software is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
