About the Role
The People and Culture team is looking for a creative, resourceful, and organized People & Culture ("P&C") Leader to join the team in Lithia Springs, GA. This is a Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days a week at the site and may require additional travel to other Stitch Fix locations. A key role in growing the Stitch Fix Business, you will be responsible for providing strategic People & Culture partnership that results in a thriving culture, engaged teams and a more productive and profitable business. This role plays an integral role in the health and success of the organization by collaborating with key cross functional business leaders to identify, develop, and implement strategies that meet the needs of the business. This includes developing a deep understanding of the functional goals and business, ensuring that the function has the right talent, structure, culture and processes in place to drive and sustain impact. You will also work in close partnership with the Recruiting, Growth and Development, Total Rewards and Operations leaders on the People and Culture team to develop these strategies.

- Be the direct manager of an onsite Business Partner team.
- Be a strategic thought partner for the Operations Management team to maximize employee engagement, in service to exceptional operational performance within the facility.
- Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders, aligning with Stitch Fix’s vision and values to effectively apply our people practices, especially around performance feedback, employee relations, and development discussions.
- Manage and Analyze data from the various tools and systems we use (Workday, OneModel, Workforce Software, ADP, Google Suite, etc.) to tell a story and drive business decisions.
- Conduct escalated investigations of employee relations issues in alignment with Stitch Fix’s standard, values and leadership principles.
- Design & implement innovative employee development and engagement initiatives in support of the business.
- Be an owner within the facility of P&C programs like Stitch Fix Life, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Pay Review.
- Be a change leader for site changes that have employee impact.
- Have the opportunity to be hands-on, working side by side with our people to get things done in a variety of people related areas. As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be rolling out programs to support the People and Culture team, including compensation, performance and talent programs.
We’re excited about you because you…
- You have 5+ years of overall HR experience, with at least 3+ years leading a team and the overall people strategy.
- Have 5+ years experience in Labor Relations and expertise in conducting complex investigations.
- 5+ Years Experience leading and/or supporting hourly populations, including both part time and full time employees.
- You are an experienced people leader with a track record of becoming a trusted partner to site leadership on all people related strategies.
- Able to work independently, proactively identifying and addressing business needs while guiding your team and partners towards achieving those goals. Support from your leader will be provided for prioritization.
- You’re deeply knowledgeable in driving and executing initiatives in employee engagement, retention, employee relations, and performance management, strong knowledge of HR policies and laws, including FMLA, leave of absence, and other HR related regulations.
- Are a strong project manager. You have the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize your work without compromising quality or the experience you are working to deliver.
- You have experience guiding leaders through critical employee lifecycle milestones - including promotions, performance reviews, terminations, and succession planning.
- Have the confidence to ask thought-provoking questions and give hiqh-quality feedback to anyone with a high level of integrity.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
