Squarespace is seeking a Manager to lead our Marketing Channel Analytics and Operations team.

You and your team will power our growth strategy and investments through innovative analytical, process and technology solutions to help us scale our operations and grow our brand, subscribers and revenue efficiently. The depth and breadth of our marketing activities, from award-winning ad campaigns to multi-product CRM, and our growing portfolio of markets, products and brands means you'll solve complex questions with significant opportunity to influence business results.

You are an exceptional analyst, business partner and people manager with expertise in cross-channel marketing data, measurement, process and technology solutions and success in setting and achieving roadmaps and milestones.

This is a hybrid role working from our New York City headquarters (3 days per week). You'll report to the Director of Acquisition & Revenue Analytics.

  • Lead a team of skilled data and operations analysts to achieve business results, operational efficiency and career growth
  • Build cohesive partnerships across Marketing, Data Science, Engineering and other departments to drive our strategy, roadmap and outcomes
  • Deliver innovative analytical, process and technology solutions to maximize scale and performance across paid and unpaid marketing channels, reflect industry best practices and serve a growing portfolio of Squarespace products and brands
  • Surface relevant business insights and market trends to senior leaders and empower business partners to understand and act on key metrics through self-service tooling
  • Promote knowledge and best practices across our Insights & Analytics community

Who We're Looking For

  • 10+ years delivering analytical, process and technology solutions at a marketing agency or supporting an in-house marketing team
  • 5+ years managing a team, including hiring and developing talent and creating effective team structures and processes
  • Experience driving marketing channel strategy, planning and performance through first- and third-party data, analysis, insights, decision frameworks and learning agendas
  • Expertise in measurement solutions (marketing mix modeling, attribution, experimentation), customer segmentation and targeting, and campaign operations across brand and direct response channels (paid search, paid social, creator, video, etc)
  • Knowledge of common AdTech and MarTech platforms (Tag Manager, Ad Server, DSP, SEO, CDP, ESP, Analytics Tools) and their respective business applications and privacy requirements; experience implementing and driving adoption of one or more platforms
  • Expertise in SQL and one or more BI/visualization tools and best practices
  • Experience setting and achieving roadmaps, project plans and milestones
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder who can navigate organizational complexity and drive alignment across functions and levels, including, experience working with VP and C-suite level stakeholders.

Cash Compensation Range: $148,500 - $239,200 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to receive an incentive award as part of their total compensation.
