Creoal Consulting has an urgent Need for a talented Oracle Consultant with a solid understanding of Oracle systems and products, specifically Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) to fill an immediate job opening for Sustainment Operations.    This is a long-term (multi-year) position located in Washington, DC.  The position is Hybrid with some work (2 – 3 days/week) on-site and the remaining work done remotely.   

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

DRM Technical Lead:

  • Lead DRM-related tasks from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

System Design, Development and Maintenance:

  • Design, develop, upgrade, and maintain Oracle DRM applications to support business requirements.
  • Implement and manage data hierarchies, metadata, and data governance processes.
  • Ensure the DRM system is optimized for performance and scalability.

Data Management:

  • Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and transformations within DRM.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all systems.
  • Perform data validation and cleansing as needed.

Integration and Automation:

  • Integrate DRM with other systems (e.g., Hyperion, BI tools) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for data loading, extraction, and transformation processes.
  • Implement APIs and other integration methods to enhance system interoperability.
  • User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DRM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Agile Scrum Team Participation:

  • Actively participate in Agile Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
  • Continuously improve processes and practices within the Scrum framework

Other

  • Support (through O&M services) Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM).
  • Design, configure, implement and support robust DRM applications and solutions
  • Provide capability and user support for a live planning and budgeting system, which includes Oracle Hyperion, Oracle DRM, and Oracle OBIEE
  • Support DoD specific financial planning and budgeting systems and solutions
  • Analyze DoD Government requirements/requests
  • Provide technical/functional support and troubleshoot to resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide end-user training and O&M support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and efficiency

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, with 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in data management, data governance, and metadata management.
  • Experience with integrating DRM with other enterprise systems
  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Security+ Certification or ability to achieve Security+ Certification in short order
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting (through O&M services) Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM)
  • Experience designing, configuring, implementing and supporting robust DRM applications and solutions
  • Experience providing capability and user support for live planning and budgeting systems, (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Oracle DRM, and Oracle OBIEE)
  • Proficiency in Oracle DRM, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
  • Ability to support robust financial planning and budgeting solutions
  • Ability to analyze DoD and/or Federal Government requirements/requests
  • Experience with DoD and/or Federal Government specific planning and budgeting systems, processes, data structure, elements, and hierarchies
  • Provide technical/functional support, troubleshooting, and end-user training to ensure optimal system performance and stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system efficiency
  • Stay current with Oracle Applications trends and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working independently, mentoring others, and managing multiple tasks
  • Recent and relevant experience with Oracle technologies, namely Oracle DRM

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion, EPM and/or OBIEE
  • Master Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Finance or related field
  • Possession of A+ or Security+ Certification
