At Skillsoft, we propel organizations and people to grow together through transformative learning experiences. We believe every team member has the potential to be AMAZING. Join us in our quest to transform learning and help individuals unleash their edge.

Skillsoft is transforming its growth marketing engine into a high-agency, AI-powered system designed to drive measurable enterprise impact. As Senior Manager, Partner & Ecosystem Marketing, you will build and lead a new function responsible for driving partner-led growth across multiple streams—including channel, technology alliances, marketplaces, and co-sell programs. This is a builder role for a strategic operator who can architect a unified partner marketing strategy, align cross-functional resources, and activate programs that scale revenue through ecosystem collaboration.

You’ll lead a team of partner marketing managers and work closely with Revenue, Operations, and Product leaders to define how Skillsoft shows up across the partner landscape. This includes enabling channel partners (e.g., distributors and VARs) to drive SMB growth, integrating Skillsoft’s platform and content into technology partner ecosystems, and activating co-sell and co-market motions with strategic partners like Microsoft, AWS, and Cisco. You’ll also own MDF (Market Development Funds) strategy, marketplace optimization, and the development of scalable programs that drive joint value creation and measurable impact.

  • Lead channel marketing strategy to support indirect sales through distributors, resellers, and VARs, especially in the SMB segment.

  • Drive technology alliance marketing initiatives that integrate Skillsoft into partner platforms and offerings, enabling embedded learning experiences.

  • Activate co-sell and co-market programs with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco), including certification enablement, lead-sharing, and joint campaigns.

  • Own MDF strategy and execution, ensuring funds are deployed against high-impact initiatives with measurable ROI.

  • Optimize marketplace presence and performance across platforms (e.g., AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace), including listings, promotions, and conversion paths.

  • Ensure partner integration into Skillsoft-led campaigns, field marketing programs, and events, maximizing joint visibility and engagement across the funnel.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Partner teams to develop messaging, content, and campaigns tailored to partner audiences.

  • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure partner marketing impact across pipeline, engagement, and revenue contribution.

  • Mentor and grow a team of partner marketing managers, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and ecosystem fluency.

Qualifications and required skills

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 4+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing roles.

  • Proven success in building and scaling partner marketing programs across co-sell, co-market, channel, and marketplace motions.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
