Who are we looking for?

SentinelOne is looking for a data-driven CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & Testing Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving user experiences, increasing conversion rates, and driving measurable results. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests across our web properties and marketing funnels. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify areas of opportunity, propose creative solutions, and ensure a seamless experience for our users while achieving business goals.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to optimize website and landing page performance.
  • Identify key areas for improvement in the user journey by analyzing data and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
  • Create, manage, and execute A/B and multivariate tests, from hypothesis to implementation.
  • Work closely with design, content, and development teams to create and implement test variations and measure their impact on KPIs.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation forms, calls-to-action, and other web elements that impact performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRO, user experience, and testing methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on website performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the SEO team to ensure that optimization efforts align with organic traffic goals and search engine best practices.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creative, messaging, and user flows to maximize ROI.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Proven experience in CRO, A/B testing, and website optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in website optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding not required but a plus).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tests and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industries is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

$148,000$204,000 USD
