What We Are Looking For?

Operations Manager, Global Security and Safety is accountable for the physical security, safety, and protection for SentinelOne. You will work with internal partners to ensure the safety, security, and compliance of SentinelOne assets and personnel globally. You will also play a key role in SentinelOne’s emergency planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. This program you will evolve will need to be able to successfully mitigate the risks to SentinelOne’s locations, staff, business, brand, events, and executives without impacting the high-pace and highly-dynamic nature of our hyper-growth business.  

 

What You Will Do?

  • Evaluate site security posture across all locations, propose and implement security updates, maintain situational awareness of all global sites and evolve the security of those sites as local laws change and as growth occurs.
  • Gather credible threat intelligence and risks to Company to directly support Company risk-based decision making and/or develop mitigation or resolution strategies.
  • Identify, cultivate and maintain liaison with senior-level officials in global federal and local law enforcement and intelligence organizations.
  • Provide a high level of integrated, sophisticated security and threat analysis and advise leadership on such matters.
  • Be a key member of Crisis management planning and Enterprise Business Resilience planning teams.
  • Assist executive and talent protection as well as travel, and event security.
  • Create an information and intelligence pipeline that gathers, assesses, evaluates, and synthesizes a large volume of information/intelligence to create recommendations to senior management.
  • Escalate the profile of security through influence and personal leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate threats to the safety of employees, physical, logical, and intellectual assets for the company’s global operations.
  • Advise leadership on the programs, plans, and resources needed to mitigate risks for high-profile activities and infrastructures to reduce vulnerability to compromise, attack, piracy fraud, and loss.
  • Participating in and/or leading special projects based upon problems, needs of the department, and the organization.
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends to assist in developing and maintaining a proactive and effective physical security program.
  • Be a key member in creating the SentinelOne “Fusion” center.

 

What experience or knowledge should you bring?

  • Must have 10 plus years of previous experience in executive leadership in law enforcement, private security, or NCO or Officer level experience in physical and personal protection in the military.
  • Must have experience leading a physical security/safety program for private or public companies.
  • Exceptional influencing skills and collaboration experience working across many areas and organizational levels.
  • Ability to navigate a global organizational landscape with the ability to manage through influence rather than control.
  • Currently have excellent relationships with government officials to coordinate with federal, international, and local law enforcement and intelligence authorities to ensure a proactive posture against activities that might compromise or disrupt business operations in a global enterprise.
  • Experience with corporate policies pertaining to customer authentication, site physical security, and systems access.
  • Proven ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure, high pace, time-sensitive environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Management, Criminology or related field.
  • Self-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, diagnose opportunities, and implement operationally often in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive, trusting work relationships with vendors, peers, and partners.
