The Role
The Warehouse Operations Technician supports manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate and compliant handling, storage, and distribution of materials, components, and finished goods. This role performs inventory transactions, managing cold chain and temperature sensitive products, preparing outbound shipments, processing incoming material, securely and safely storing it, issuing materials to end-users according to material requisitions and work orders.
Responsibilities & Goals
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Track inventory and ensure real-time accuracy using inventory management systems (ERP).
- Set up and maintain warehouse/stockroom.
- Unpack, check goods received against work orders (Production) purchase orders, return authorizations, or other functional processes.
- Examine stock, distribute materials in inventory.
- Prepare kitting packages for assembly, pick/pack orders.
- Ensure all materials maintain material compliance requirements at all points of material staging.
- Performs regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Generate shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers.
- Collaborate with R&D, QC, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Supports First-Expire-First-out (FEFO) or First-in-First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices, as applicable.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Background & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years’ experience required for entry into this level

- Strong computer skills including familiarity with relevant software (MRP, Excel and Word)
- preferred functional knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory control procedures
Physical Requirements
- You must be able to lift fifty pounds at times.
- Perform various routine physical tasks involved in one or more areas including receiving, storing, packing, picking, and shipping of materials inventory transactions.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, dock lever, etc.)
At Seer, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $38.45 and $43.25 per hour, and will depend on the candidates education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock option plan.
