What is SeekOut?

SeekOut is a leader in AI-driven talent optimization, helping organizations recruit, reskill, and redeploy talent with AI-driven solutions. SeekOut transforms how companies build winning teams by empowering organizations to align talent strategy with business strategy via breakthrough agentic AI solutions. Our software and services help companies ensure that they hire the right people and match their talent to the highest-impact roles to drive business success.

What are we looking to add to our team?

Someone to own a Strategic/Enterprise territory and land multi-year, six- and seven-figure SaaS agreements with CHRO, Head of TA, and HRIT/HR Ops buyers. You will lead complex cycles across Legal, Security, Procurement, and IT; build business cases that connect AI-augmented recruiting to time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and execute a territory plan to win net-new Global 2000 logos and expand within named accounts.
  • Lead executive discovery with CHRO/Head of TA to quantify impact (hiring velocity, funnel conversion, recruiter productivity, agency spend reduction).
  • Orchestrate complex cycles: security reviews, data privacy (DPA), InfoSec, and enterprise procurement.
  • Create ROI models and compelling proposals; drive multi-threading and executive alignment using MEDDICC.
  • Partner with Solutions Consulting to design evaluations/POCs and with Customer Success to ensure successful launches and referenceability.
  • Forecast accurately in Salesforce; maintain crisp pipeline hygiene and close plans/MAPs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, RevOps, Partnerships—especially with ATS/HRIS partners) to open doors and accelerate cycles.
  • Run QBRs and executive readouts; build champions and reference customers.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Proven track record of over-achievement selling Enterprise HR/TA software (new logo focus) to CHRO/Head of TA/HR Ops.
  • Demonstrated success in six-/seven-figure, multi-year SaaS deals with complex procurement and security diligence.
  • Mastery of value-based selling, executive storytelling, and multi-threaded deal strategy (MEDDICC/Challenger/Gap or equivalent).
  • Fluency in the HR tech stack (ATS, CRM, HRIS) and TA workflows (sourcing, screening, scheduling, hiring manager collaboration, analytics).
  • Expert pipeline management and forecasting; strong written communication (exec emails, proposals, business cases).
  • Comfortable presenting AI/automation value in regulated enterprise environments (data privacy, model transparency, change management).
  • Prior success selling into ecosystems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle HCM, iCIMS.
  • Experience displacing legacy systems or consolidating fragmented TA tooling into platform wins.
  • Familiarity with recruiting KPIs (time-to-slate, submittal-to-interview, interview-to-offer, offer-accept) and how to move them.
  • Exposure to AI/ML products (governance, bias mitigation, explainability) and enterprise InfoSec standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Strong executive network among CHRO/Heads of TA at large enterprises.

Success Metrics (What “Great” Looks Like)

  • Consistent quota attainment with multi-year platform wins.
  • Referenceable executive sponsors and measurable customer outcomes (reduced agency spend, faster time-to-hire, improved recruiter capacity).
  • Reliable 90-day forecast accuracy and disciplined stage progression.

Logistics

  • Location: Remote (U.S.); ~25–35% travel to customers and events.
  • Tools: Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, Outreach, mutual action plans

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
