What are we looking to add to our team?
We are looking for a talented and motivated Integrations Solutions Engineer to architect and implement custom integrations between various ATS/HRIS/LMS systems and SeekOut systems. In this role, you will work closely with customers, product managers, our development team, and partners to ensure smooth integration processes and alignment with business requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Architect and implement custom integrations between various ATS/HRIS/LMS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Oracle, Percipio) and SeekOut.
- Participate in customer meetings to analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate integration systems and solutions.
- Design and implement API and software integrations using technologies such as JSON, ETL, XML, Python, SQL, Databricks, etc.
- Conduct acceptance testing, technical documentation, and post-integration support to ensure successful deployments.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and Partners to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy policies throughout the integration process.
What you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience with software/system integrations, ideally in HRIS/ATS implementations.
- Hands-on experience configuring software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Experience with API development, JSON, and integration platforms like Databricks.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL, with a strong understanding of data formats such as ETL and XML.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Oracle, and Percipio.
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data policies is highly preferred.

- U.S. citizenship required and additional background screening may be required (based on customer requirements)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $140,000 to $175,000 annually
