At Roivant You Will:

  • Heavy calendar management for three executives including proactively scheduling meetings
  • Recognize the impact of a shift in priorities, and take the necessary actions to reschedule
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information
  • Work cross-functionally across internal teams to accomplish goals cohesively
  • Work closely and effectively keep the team well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and track updates
  • Assist with reporting and metrics
  • Excel with organization and seek opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Assist with client relationships in terms of scheduling, hosting and representing the company in a positive manner
  • Manage ongoing projects
  • Organize and process expense reports
