The Opportunity:
We are seeking a process-driven and technically adept Commercial and Medical Omnichannel Systems Manager to develop and manage our enterprise website ecosystem, support commercial event marketing platforms and support our broader omnichannel systems and processes. As part of the Omnichannel Solutions team, this role will contribute to building an integrated digital ecosystem that enhances customer engagement. In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- In partnership with the Commercial Team, develop and support digital solutions for Speaker Program and Event Management, including registration workflows, engagement tools (e.g., live polling, webinar platforms), and post-event follow-up communications.

Support the implementation and ongoing management of the including our website content management (WCM), infrastructure, hosting, access, and security.

Contribute to building an integrated marketing technology stack that enables omnichannel marketing and unified customer experiences through system selection, implementation and long-term management.

Establish and maintain governance and operating models for supported systems and solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance & Legal, Data Solutions and Insights and Analytics) to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of digital capabilities.

Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.

Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to internal teams and external agencies on WCM usage, processes, and best practices.

Stay informed on trends and emerging technologies to inform tech strategy and ensure future readiness.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, and 5+ years’ experience in implementing and managing marketing technologies, with a focus on web and multi-channel or omnichannel marketing platforms.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Understanding of healthcare regulations and requirements related to digital content and data.

Proven experience managing enterprise WCM or DXP platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal).

Demonstrated ability to lead complex digital projects from concept through execution, including vendor and stakeholder management.

Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Veeva Events, Cvent, IQVIA) and integrations with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Experience implementing website authentication workflows, including verification and gating of HCP access using industry-standard identity and credentialing solutions (e.g., MedProID, DocCheck, OneKey).

Familiarity with Veeva Vault.

Experience with data privacy, consent management, and compliance frameworks.

Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Experience with preventing data siloes through scalable web data solutions.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
