The Opportunity:
RevMed Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real World Evidence (RWE) are building a field-based HEOR organization. The Field HEOR team will work collaboratively with in-house teams to generate evidence-based solutions to optimize patient access while also integrating with in-field access teams to effectively translate HEOR evidence to targeted payer customers. We are currently hiring four Senior Directors that will report to the Executive Director of HEOR Payer and HTA Strategy. These are unique roles as they will not only be responsible for strategy development and executing HEOR research across Rev Meds portfolio but will also be embedded into field payer / access teams. The Senior Director, Field HEOR will be accountable for working collaboratively with the HEOR TA lead conducting customer centric research across an assets lifecyle that demonstrates the value of Rev Med’s products. The customer facing responsibilities of this role include partnering with field access teams, translating HEOR evidence to population level decision makers, cultivating research partnerships, developing relationships with external HEOR researchers and establishing evidentiary solutions to solve access challenges. The Senior Director of Field HEOR is a critical member of the HEOR organization to direct evidentiary strategies that are customer and patient centric. Responsibilities:

Builds strong collaborative relationships with in-house HEOR researchers and medical / commercial matrix team members to co-lead the development of strong customer centric research strategies (representing ~60% of time):

Leverages deep understanding of the access environment to co-lead with HEOR Executive Directors the development of integrated evidence plans and execution of RWE research across the lifecycle of Rev Meds assets.

Partners closely with senior leadership on the development and execution of strategic HEOR strategy and team direction.

Develops and executes HEOR/RWE strategy and tactics with quality and in alignment with agreed upon timing.

Provides RWE & access expertise & leadership through appropriate cross-functional teams aligned to our therapeutic areas.

Influences HEOR and Medical Affairs leadership to ensure critical RWE / access insights are communicated and embedded into our appropriate TA strategies.

Effectively presents research findings to internal stakeholders to improve internal decision making and to promote wider adoption of research findings.

Leads enterprise initiatives that solve for access, reimbursement and HTA challenges.

Develops value evidence materials (i.e., proactive, reactive slide decks, models, etc...) for external facing teams to support access challenges.

Integrates into Rev Meds in-field access teams as a core matrix team member to shape the development and execution of key account strategies including (representing ~40% of time):

Functions as an HEOR expert to effectively translate complex HEOR evidence and payer-value propositions to both population level decision makers (i.e, U.S. payers, IDNs, GPOs, guideline developers, academicians, and other key stakeholders) and in-field teams to maximize access.

Leverages existing relationships and cultivates new relationships with key HEOR influencers, data scientists, actuaries, and other key stakeholders to advance Rev Meds evidence strategies.

Continuously builds a comprehensive understanding of customer data sophistication, use, and willingness to collaborate.

Facilitates and implements real-world research partnership engagements with leading healthcare, academic and payer organizations to co-create value evidence and help drive evidence-based optimal care.

Leads evidence generation and other value-based initiatives that solve for customer reimbursement challenges.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
-
Minimum 13 years of relevant strategic HEOR experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field (DrPH, PharmD).

Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, patient-reported outcomes or related fields in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven ability to independently conduct HEOR research across asset lifecycle.

Experience developing and executing customer research collaborations.

Track record of high impact publications in HEOR/RWE topics and development of value evidence materials for U.S. payers.

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to present complex technical information clearly.

Deep knowledge and experience in managed care, integrated delivery networks, formulary decision-making, payment/access models, U.S. policy and HTA trends.

Experience establishing relationships and collaborating with consumers of HEOR evidence to support population level decision making.

Ability to influence others without direct reporting relationships.
Preferred Skills:

The base pay salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Please note that base pay salary is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
