Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Intern to assist our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. This role will engage with multiple disciplines of HR including learning & development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and operations. This role requires curiosity and creative thinking with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Our hope is that this internship will provide broader perspective on the HR function and exposure to multiple disciplines within it.

Review job descriptions and assist managers with their creation.

Support content curation for LinkedIn Learning and other programs.

Develop training materials or guides for employee policies and HR related systems such as Workday.

Outline and gather materials to support employee relations and manager feedback.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Enrolled in an occupational or academic program, preferred course of study to include Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or related.

Creative-thinker open to learning across a range of topics.

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Strong desire to learn from and work with various HR team members.

Able to demonstrate professional work ethics, handle confidential matters and understand company policies.
The base salary range for this intern position is $32.75 to $35.00 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
