Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The Opportunity:
As a member of the Cancer Biology team within the Biology Department, you will:

Contribute to discovery biology by advancing the understanding of our Tri-Complex Inhibitor (TCI) technology.

Perform experiments to test new molecules in a variety of biological or biochemical assays.

Culture mammalian cells and perform cell-based assays to measure viability or other readouts.
-
Assess downstream pathway modulation by western blot and RT-qPCR.
-
Analyze data and present results at internal meetings.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
-
Current biology or biochemistry student pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
-
Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts/techniques quickly.

Relevant coursework in general biology, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, or cell biology.

Previous research laboratory experience in biology or biochemistry is preferred but not required.

Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to deploy innovative approaches and technologies.

Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

Passionate about cancer research, willing to dive into the unknown.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Duration: 10 weeks, lab-based, 9a-5p M-F.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $32.75 to $35.00 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
