The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our Executive Director of Clinical Development and Global Development Lead for RMC-6236. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational execution of the RMC-6236 clinical development program, from early-stage studies to regulatory submissions and potential commercialization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pipeline and driving the development of breakthrough therapies for patients. 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive clinical development plans for RMC-6236 in NSCLC, PDAC, CRC and other cancers, ensuring alignment with scientific, regulatory, and commercial objectives.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing cross-functional team of clinical development professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Oversee all aspects of clinical trial design and execution, including site selection, patient recruitment, data management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical investigators, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders.

  • Analyze and interpret clinical data, providing strategic insights to inform go/no-go decisions and guide program development.

  • Manage clinical development timelines effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and achievement of milestones.

  • Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and regulatory trends in the field of clinical development.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including research, regulatory affairs, commercial, and finance, to ensure seamless program execution and achieve shared goals.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education: 

  • MD or PhD with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in clinical development leadership roles within the biopharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing clinical development programs from early-stage to late-stage, resulting in regulatory approvals and/or successful commercialization.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.

  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to developing therapies that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Revolution Medicines currently requires that all personnel and visitors to its offices be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This role will require that the employee meet with company employees and work from the company’s offices. Given that these essential functions of the role must be performed on-site, this position requires full COVID-19 vaccination, subject to applicable law.

The expected salary range for this role is $270,000 to $320,000. An individual’s position within the range may be influenced by multiple factors, including skills and experience in role, overall performance, individual impact and contributions, tenure, and market dynamics. Base salary is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
