About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our customer engagement platform. In this role, you will lead product discovery, definition, and delivery to enhance personalized customer experiences. Your focus will be on building marketing technologies that help clients deliver the right message to the right user at the right time.
You will collaborate closely with engineering to define priorities, set requirements, and implement product strategies. Additionally, you’ll work with sales, marketing, and customer success to bring customer engagement initiatives to market.
Working with agile teams, you will ensure our front-end and back-end capabilities deliver real business value. You’ll engage with business stakeholders, UX design, DevOps, and QA teams to develop impactful solutions. A deep understanding of how our platform fits into the broader MarTech ecosystem and integrates with other solutions is key.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert on designing and building software as products within the MarTech domain.
- Ensure big picture items are converted to definition working through a process around discovery, design, definition and delivery.
- Analyze customer and business requirements.
- Articulate the big picture of the solution to Scrum delivery teams and peer product managers to understand cross-functional inter-dependencies and impact.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and explain customer issues from both a technical and business point of view.
- Drive prioritization for teams and stakeholder management.
- Enable software development teams to understand scope by translating epics into stories.
- Outline clear acceptance criteria and guide incremental delivery of complex technology projects.
- Lead and facilitate workshops/discussions that generate ideas and content for solutions, unearth client pain points, validate business opportunities, etc.
- Own the software documentation.
- Advocate and adopt Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery and analysis best practices.

Relevant Experience
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS products, particularly those related to Marketing Technology, customer engagement, mobile communication and customer experience.
- 6+ years of experience in building marketing technology and growth platforms that support various channels such as landing pages, email, push notifications, SMS, and automated campaigns.
- Experience building and/or managing MarTech stacks or software for multichannel enterprise marketing clients or partners.
- Seasoned in managing and running sprints using tools like Jira and other product management platforms.
- Familiarity with leading marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, and others in the segment.
- Ability to analyze and measure the impact of projects using analytics and BI tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.
- Strong communication and influencing capabilities. Demonstrated openness to opinions and flexibility in thinking, with a customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical and analytical skills. Proficiency in critical thinking and analytics within a software development environment.
- Familiarity with lean product design and agile development methods.
- Experience with modern technologies (e.g., AWS) and data-based products, including BI tools, analytics, and reporting tools.
