The Procurement Manager will play an important role in increasing the impact the procurement team has at RV. This person will help support, execute, and develop the full source-to-pay cycle becoming well versed in all aspects.

What You'll Do: 

  • Oversee the contract lifecycle, including renewals of existing contracts, from requirements gathering to payment
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including legal, accounting, and compliance to ensure procurement processes are efficient, transparent, and effective
  • Partner with tech and business leaders to ensure costs are appropriately allocated
  • Identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings by analyzing company-wide spending patterns
  • Provide input on procurement strategies to ensure continuous improvement, compliance standards are met, effective vendor selection, and value for the organization’s investments
  • Provide mentorship to procurement team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, efficiency, and innovation
  • Conduct in depth cost analysis and effective negotiations to secure favorable agreements

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management
  • Experience with procurement/strategic sourcing and/or vendor management including managing large vendors and leading high-stakes, high dollar, and high visibility negotiations 
  • Strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and analyze market trends thus supporting data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong team player who can demonstrate ability to work in a cross functional environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Even Better:

  • Technology, specifically SaaS category, experience
  • Experience with Productiv and Workday
  • CPSM or CPM certification

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $90,000 - $115,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
