PRODUCT ANALYST, MyMove

We are looking to hire a Product Analyst to join our MyMove team. The Product Analyst will partner with product and engineering teams to use data and analytics to define, implement, and measure product features in order to understand and improve our customer experiences.  We’re looking for a data-driven individual who has extensive experience telling a story with data and a passion for solving customer problems to join our team and use analytics to drive product feature development and strategy.

As a Product Analyst, you’ll work with the MyMove product team to drive growth and innovation in our product experiences through iterative optimization, deep diving into customer behavior and performance, and driving the creation of new features and tools that enhance the customer experience and drive additional revenue.

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. 

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Product Development, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to use data to drive product decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business metrics and key performance indicators
  • Drive communication and data storytelling best practices and thought leadership across product and marketing
  • Document and communicate findings and insights to business unit leaders, and provide strategic recommendations with clear business outcomes and assumptions
  • Manage the development of user-centric features and flows to help streamline the customer experience and drive additional value to the business
  • Operate as an owner of the product, using data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize, troubleshoot functionality, and work with others to develop solutions that enhance the experience and performance of the site
  • Communicate timelines, goals, and performance to diverse audiences, including engineers, digital designers, fellow analysts, and senior leaders

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience working in analytics, preferably product experience
  • Proficient in SQL and BI visualization tools
  • Experience in web analytics / clickstream data preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Expert ability to tell stories with data, educate and motivate stakeholders to act on recommendations
  • Inquisitive and consultative mindset, rather than reacting to circumstances
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
  • Ability to assess and address data quality concerns
  • Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations and process improvements
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong level of accountability and ability to communicate across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers
  • Strong bias towards action by demonstrating initiative to move projects forward independently, asking questions as the need arises and leveraging resources available 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passionate about understanding customer behavior and improving the quality of interactions.
