Job Category

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Health & Medicare performance marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and foster brand growth in the health and Medicare space. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop impactful campaigns, analyze performance data, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive awareness and engagement with key audiences. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and others. 
  • Collaborate with the team to create high-impact ad copy, visuals, and landing pages using tools like Canva, targeting Medicare-eligible and health insurance audiences.
  • Support Account Managers in handling client campaign management and addressing client requests.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular reports that summarize performance trends and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate campaign and client performance records using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel, and CRM platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to propose new services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Partner with senior marketers and designers to align campaigns with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to interpret analytics, identify strategies to enhance ROI, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with CMS guidelines and healthcare industry regulations.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, healthcare policies, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Develop proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and reporting software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance or healthcare marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Canva, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines or a willingness to learn and comply with regulatory standards. 

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 USD to $75,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
