Job Description:
As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment activities for various roles in our Pune office. Key duties include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, campuses, and training institutes, as well as assessing candidates via phone interviews. You will work closely with stakeholders in India and the US, providing updates on open positions, coordinating seamless interview experiences, negotiating offers, and ensuring follow-up with candidates through onboarding. Additionally, you will explore talent attraction and retention strategies, maintain the ATS (Greenhouse), and support core HR functions such as induction and employee engagement.
