We are looking for a passionate, agile, customer-driven, media expert who will be responsible for managing, reviewing, planning, and executing our clients’ targeted digital marketing campaigns across paid media.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance driven digital media strategies to drive client growth based on their individual goals.
  • Possess strong knowledge and management of Paid Search (Google and Microsoft), Paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn) and Programmatic Display campaigns with the ability to develop successful strategies to drive client growth.
  • Manage multiple channels for multiple clients independently
  • Integrate offline customer data with online campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the creative team to strategize on programmatic display and social creative that generate results
  • Identify opportunities to pitch new services to existing and potential new clients
  • Collaborate with Account Managers as well as key clients to discuss progress and interpret analytic findings to identify strategies to improve client ROI
  • Monitor and optimize campaign pacing, budgets, and bidding
  • Analyze and strategize over campaign performance metrics
  • Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in paid media (including beta programs, advertising networks and innovation opportunities)
  • Display a strong understanding of emerging digital techniques and trends within the media landscape and in the greater digital ecosystem

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in paid digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Expertise in developing and optimizing Paid Search and Social campaigns through analysis of performance reports and down-funnel data
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-starter comfortable looking for and filling gaps in process, communication calendars and campaigns
  • Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 USD to $80,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
