About The Job

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative/SDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the growth of a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Market: Korea, Japan, ANZ, Hong Kong and Taiwan
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with Account executives and Sales Engineers to generate, qualify and pass leads for mid-market and large enterprise accounts proactively, through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, participating in events/conferences and social media. 
  • Close SME Accounts: Research and target potential SME clients, understanding their needs and pain points and close deals by signing them up for annual contracts. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with prospects through effective communication to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our offerings effectively.

About You

If you are an organised, independent and self driven Inside Sales professional we are interested in hearing from you for expanding our customer base and nurturing relationships within our diverse markets. 

  • Bilingual skills in English and Korean/Japanese to interact and outreach to clients locally in these regions 
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role within a Technology company
  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in B2B sales to SMEs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software & sales processes, Outreach, LinkedIN Sales Navigator, Lusha, Zoominfo and other lead gen tools.
