Role Purpose

Guide Picarro’s industrial monitoring business into its next phase of expansion. You will unite product‑led adoption, enterprise sales enablement, and strategic partnerships into a single growth program, equipping our commercial organization to win new markets and deepen penetration in existing ones.

Market & Opportunity Analysis

Quantify and prioritize new verticals, regions, and regulatory segments; articulate a market entry roadmap with revenue targets.

Growth Architecture

Design an effective go‑to‑market model that combines product‑led onboarding pathways with a disciplined enterprise sales motion and channel partnerships where appropriate.

Sales Enablement

Produce value propositions, ROI calculators, competitive positioning decks, and objection‑handling guides; train field and inside teams on their use.

Product‑Led Engagement

Introduce streamlined pilot programs and expansion plants that shorten adoption cycles without adding sales friction.

Strategic Partnerships

Secure integration, distribution, and services agreements that extend reach, accelerate procurement, and add complementary capabilities.

Regulatory & Voice‑of‑Customer Insight

Track global air‑quality directives and regulatory drivers to convert emerging requirements into timely product positioning.

Performance Governance

Support the establishment of OKRs with sales and quarterly growth reviews that link customer engagement and pipeline conversion.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product growth, business development, or GTM leadership for industrial technology, instrumentation, environmental services, and B2B software platforms.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a hardware‑plus‑cloud offering into new markets and driving substantial revenue growth.
  • Fluent in product‑led onboarding techniques and enterprise sales methodologies; capable of negotiating seven‑figure agreements.
  • Skilled communicator who can translate technical details into compelling business cases for executives, regulators, and plant operators.
  • A working knowledge of environmental compliance or process industry operations is highly desirable.

 

Salary & Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time position is $175k-$200k,  plus bonus and equity.  All salaries are commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
