We seek a skilled Contracts Administrator to oversee the commercial contracting function of our growing company. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across various departments to manage the contract lifecycle and ensure efficient contract management, with experience using CLM tools, preferably Conga CLM. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update the centralized contract repository to ensure all contract data is accurate and accessible, provide contract data and/or report as needed.
  • Oversee contract processes from intake through drafting to execution, including monitoring renewal dates and contract performance.
  • Support internal teams by responding to contract-related queries and assisting with contract reviews.
  • Ensure all contracts are correctly stored, categorized, and easily retrievable.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to improve contract management processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to contract management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in the configuration and optimization of Conga CLM (preferred), and support data migration when necessary.
  • Work closely with Associate General Counsel and General Counsel, providing  corporate and commercial legal support for growth company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, commercial contract management, or legal operations.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms; Conga CLM experience is a big plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines, especially during peak periods (e.g., quarter-end, year-end).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Experience in working in fast-paced environments and adapting to change.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with contract risk assessment.
  • Experience in high-paced industries with strict timelines.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time position is  $85,000 to $125,000. Your base salary and title will be determined based on the location, experience, qualification, skills, and knowledge, level, and pay of other employees in similar positions.
