We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter I to join our growing organization. You will be an integral part of PeerStreet's TA team and report directly to our Talent Acquisition Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for non-tech candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Perform pre-screen calls to analyze applicant’s abilities as they relate to the posted position(s).
Update & maintain applicant tracking database with candidate status.
Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with hiring managers and interviewers.
Troubleshoot and resolve applicant inquiries & questions.
Participate in meetups to network with relevant professionals as needed.
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Working well as a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably in the finance, banking, real estate and tech industries.
Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
Ability to influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Application Tracking Systems, Greenhouse experience is a strong plus.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
