About the Job Opportunity

As Product Manager – Parts Solutions, you will lead the development of technology-driven solutions that optimize healthcare equipment parts procurement, supply chain efficiency, and cost reduction. This role is central to PartsSource’s mission to transform health technology management (HTM) by providing data-driven insights, procurement automation, and performance analytics that drive smarter, more cost-effective decision-making. 

Your focus will be on building digital tools, analytics platforms, and supply chain optimization solutions that empower hospitals, health systems, and clinical engineering teams to streamline their operations. You will collaborate across product, engineering, data science, sales, and customer success to enhance PartsSource’s AI-powered procurement and analytics capabilities, ensuring customers achieve maximum uptime and ROI on their medical equipment.

This is a hybrid role, Tue-Thu in-office and can be based out of Hudson, OH, Charlotte, NC or Hoffman Estates, IL.

What You’ll Do 

Product Strategy & Execution 

  • Define and execute the strategy for technology-enabled parts supply solutions, aligning with market needs and PartsSource’s growth objectives.
  • Develop and enhance analytics tools, procurement automation, and supply chain optimization solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maximize equipment uptime.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to enhance AI-driven procurement and performance insights for customers. 

Customer-Centric Discovery & Insights 

  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify inefficiencies in healthcare parts procurement and supply chain workflows.
  • Translate insights into scalable digital solutions that simplify purchasing, optimize inventory management, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the voice-of-customer (VoC) process, gathering feedback to continuously refine the product roadmap. 

Analytics-Driven Decision Making & Performance Optimization 

  • Define and track key product KPIs, such as procurement efficiency, cost savings, equipment uptime improvements, and user adoption metrics.
  • Utilize predictive analytics and AI models to help customers forecast part needs, optimize purchasing decisions, and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Work closely with data science and engineering teams to refine proprietary insights that provide customers with a competitive advantage. 

B2B Commercial Enablement & Engagement 

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop data-backed value propositions that drive adoption and long-term retention.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by developing data-driven case studies, ROI models, and analytics-driven performance reports.
  • Ensure that PartsSource’s technology solutions are positioned as essential tools for clinical engineering teams managing complex health technology ecosystems. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ecosystem Integration 

  • Work across product, engineering, supply chain, and business intelligence teams to develop solutions that integrate seamlessly within the PartsSource platform.
  • Ensure that parts procurement is optimized through AI-driven sourcing, workflow automation, and real-time performance analytics.
  • Drive alignment between product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure a frictionless customer experience. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Minimum of 4-5 years related experience within product management, focusing on technology-enabled service solutions.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, or technical field required.
  • An eye for good design and understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of complex challenges and lead them to successful outcomes.
  • Proven ability to design and execute a product strategy that aligns with customer needs and drives service program ROI.
  • Experience with user-centric discovery and solution design in B2B environments.
  • Background in healthcare technology, supply chain, or related fields is strongly preferred; familiarity with healthcare technology management, service contracts, or enterprise asset management is a plus.
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to track KPIs, optimize product offerings, and identify new growth opportunities. Ability to blend big-picture strategy with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven and motivated to delight customers and business partners.

  • Experience with UI/UX principles and customer experience design.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
