Who We Are:
Ordergroove is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be involved in building something of real value from the ground-up. We're looking for bright, talented people who are excited about innovation, growth, and the exciting world of Relationship Commerce.  If you’re motivated by a desire to solve problems and deliver groundbreaking insights and solutions you’ll fit in perfectly!

About the Role:
Are you the type of person who loves diving deep into the details of how things work? Do you get a kick out of finding ways to make things better, faster, and more efficient? Do you thrive on being the guide and helping high-profile brands shine? If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
We're on the hunt for someone who’s more than just a problem-solver—you’re a natural-born tinkerer with a passion for understanding complex systems, both technical and human. You’ll be the go-to expert who can not only see the big picture but also obsess over the tiniest details that make all the difference.

What You Will Do:
  • Be the driving strength behind highly technical integrations with some of the biggest brands in the world. Use your passion for systems and processes to ensure our customers are set up for success.
  • Guide from the front, turning complex obstacles into clear, actionable plans that inspire your team and wow your customers.
  • Manage multiple high profile projects in parallel, prioritizing efficient launch timelines and conflicting priorities with an ease that leaves our customers wondering how you do it.
  • Tune into the needs and motivations of everyone you work with, whether it’s a customer, team member, or partner. You’ve got a sixth sense for understanding what people need before they even know it themselves.
  • Communicate with confidence, clarity, and empathy. You know how to break down complicated ideas into simple, compelling messages.
About You:
  • A geek at heart, you seek to understand the way things work when reading the manual is not enough.
  • A customer service superstar who can balance the art of listening with the science of finding solutions to delight customers and ensure they love what you deliver.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and an absolute focus on quality of work.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where a playbook for all tasks, activities, and obstacles doesn’t yet exist.
  • Experience with technical writing and documentation.
  • Experience working directly with developers and highly technical roles.
  • 4+ years of experience managing technical API integrations of 3rd party apps and software into SaaS or eCommerce platforms; you’re comfortable reading logs, source code, querying DBs, and everything in between.
  • 4+ years of direct experience working with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL, Javascript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON, and front-end troubleshooting.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and associated technologies.
  • Experience with payment gateways and processors.
If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above - that’s okay, nobody’s perfect! We encourage you to apply if you think this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
