What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT engineering or related roles
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Active Directory, AI Tooling)
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Okta configurations, including custom attributes, provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management
- Advanced skills in Python programming
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform
- Strong understanding of security protocols, standards, and frameworks (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC), as well as experience in securing applications and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Opendoor technology stack
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and deliver solutions.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement, automation, and driving operational efficiencies within the Opendoor’s technology stack
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively

- We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across a wide range of industry-standard platforms, including cloud services, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. As a Level 3 IT Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Handle and resolve escalated IT support tickets efficiently and effectively and monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability of all IT systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements by performing necessary controls and audits
- Manage and maintain Google Workspace, ensuring smooth operation and user support
- Oversee the administration of Slack Enterprise Grid, including user management and integration with other tools
- Maintain and configure network devices such as switches, routers, and be able to manage network access and configurations such as Meraki Networks
- Utilize Python for automation, scripting, and other IT-related tasks
- Terraform for infrastructure as code to manage and provision cloud resources
- Administer and manage repositories, permissions, and workflows in GitHub
- Manage identity and access management using Okta, including user provisioning and deprovisioning
- Lead and participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and evaluate and implement tools and processes to enhance IT operations and efficiency
Bonus points if you have
- Relevant certifications such as OKTA Certified Professional/Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNP, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
