The Challenge
Reporting to the SVP of Sales for the Americas, you’ll lead a dynamic and high-performing sales team within our enterprise business unit. Your team will work across diverse verticals, leveraging the OneTrust platform to drive revenue growth through both new customer acquisitions and expansions in the Northeast. Together, you’ll shape impactful strategies, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute directly to the success and growth of the organization.
As the RVP of Sales for the Northeast US, you will manage four Regional Sales Directors and have about 20 Account Executives in region. These reps are responsible for a mix of hunting and farming customers in our enterprise (1B-4B rev) and strategic (5b+ rev) segments.
Aligning to the sales strategy, as the RVP of Sales for the Northeast US you’ll define and implement plans for the team to scale while attaining sales objectives
Your Mission
- Develop a high performing sales team, building on the existing teams, including recruiting and coaching leaders
- Build a balanced business with a healthy pipeline and new logo wins, driving year-on-year growth.
- Participate in critical decisions as a member of the sales leadership team and build effective relationships with company senior executives and key stakeholders across the company.
- Actively contribute to annual planning (sales strategy, customer segmentation, etc.) and own projects that directly impact the GTM organization.
- Actively foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement. Develop trust and model open, candid, respectful communication and collaborative teamwork.
- Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins and support customers as an executive sponsor.
- Take full ownership of business outcomes, demonstrating accountability for meeting and exceeding targets while driving team and individual success.
- Align cross-functional teams ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers.
- Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management.
- Partner with marketing and actively lead and monitor demand generation activities.
You Are
- A servant leader who leads with data that will inspire his or her team and produce results.
- Extensive leadership experience in high-growth SaaS sales organizations, including several years managing teams at a senior level.
- A consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives within a fast paced and technical client acquisition driven business.
- An excellent C-level communicator with strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Highly skilled in change management practices and driving organizational process improvements.
- Able to demonstrate initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth.
- Customer centric, taking full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Willing to travel as needed throughout the region to meet with team members and customers.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
