OneLogin is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst  to work cross functionally with Account Executives, Account Managers, Partner Managers, and the Sales Operations Team to help convert sales quotes to closed deals as well as drive system improvements/optimization. The Rep will help identify and target areas needing improvement and create and manage opportunities for new and existing customers with migrations to the OneLogin platform and its many feature enhancements. A key element of this role is ensuring that the finalization of these opportunities are smooth and that they include documentation if things do not go as planned. This is a fast paced role that requires the ability to efficiently prioritise and manage all activities throughout the cycle.


  • Respond to and engage with different stakeholders to assist with processing orders
  • Entering Upgrade/Upsell and Renewal orders on behalf of the Account Management Team
  • Helping to create a mass upload process for small time-consuming orders (i.e. Japan)
  • Understanding the OneLogin Product Catalogue and how to properly configure the products on orders and accounts
  • Provisioning products/licenses from closed orders in the OneLogin Portal
  • Document and improve how to enter opportunities - SME on Sales Process
  • Establish and improve a handover process from sales reps to the order admin to finance
  • Proactively gathers and documents feedback from sales reps, and partners with SalesForce admin to improve system and process
  • Help to implement changes that fix the problems identified
  • Take on some system administration responsibilities


  • Minimum 12 months experience in a high volume order processing environment.
  • Some sales operations experience with a desire to explore longer term career opportunities in Sales Operations
  • Experience using SFDC/other CRM tools and familiarity with Google Sheet/Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexible (ability to work across different time zones) and able to think and execute quickly
  • You are a self starter and work independently
  • You have a desire to learns and take on new challenges 
  • You are detail oriented and follow through on missing information
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • You work well in a team environment
