Okta is looking for a strategic, results-driven Product Manager to lead initiatives across our financial systems landscape, with a strong focus on NetSuite ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud/SAP platforms. Reporting to the Director of Finance Technology, you will play a pivotal role in the Finance Technology Delivery team, ensuring a seamless and efficient end-user experience. In this role, you will drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for critical Finance capabilities, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Reporting. As part of the Business Technology team, you’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Engineering, and cross-functional business partners to streamline operations, enhance automation, and ensure scalability for future growth

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for NetSuite and Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.

  • Partner with Finance Transformation, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Legal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

  • Drive system implementations, enhancements, and integrations across GL, P2P, O2C, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of financial systems projects from discovery and design through build, test, deployment, and adoption.

  • Champion automation, self-service, and user experience improvements across financial operations.

  • Collaborate with engineering and vendors on data integrity, system governance, and architectural decisions.

  • Monitor KPIs and system performance; proactively identify improvement opportunities.

  • Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and ERP innovation.

 

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of professional experience architecting, leading, and delivering business solutions in OTC and RTR areas of NetSuite or Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP S4/HANA ERPs. 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Systems Owner for ERP platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

  • Strong understanding of Finance business processes: Order to Cash(OTC), Record to Report(RTR), and Source to Pay(STP) → General Ledger, AP, OM, AR, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Close/Consolidation, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Systems.

  • Experience with SOX compliance, financial controls, and audit support.Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Coupa, Workday Financials, Tableau) and integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft).Agile delivery experience and use of tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.

  • Education and Certifications

    A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent years of industry experience

    NetSuite Administration or ERP consultant certification is an advantage. 

    Certification in ERPs such as Oracle Fusion or SAP is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:
$148,000$222,000 USD

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. $132,000$198,000 USD
