Our B2B team is growing our Consultant Relations team and seeking a Consultant Relations Lead to help shape the strategy for one of the fastest-growing, most impactful healthcare companies. You will establish and foster robust trust-based relationships with key consultants and leaders within prominent consulting houses. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, utilizing a “team selling” approach alongside internal stakeholders, sales, and channel teams. This role is remote-friendly; we're open to candidates across all time zones.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advance general education regarding Noom’s capabilities, and cultivate and strengthen trust-based partnerships with elite consultants and executives across major consulting firms.
  • Develop synergistic strategies with the sales team and channel partners to amplify the brand's reach and impact.
  • Execute a market penetration plan that promotes consultant ease of selling Noom, while meeting and surpassing organizational goals.
  • Reinforce the consultant relationship's value to sales teams and leadership, highlighting the intricate details of each partnership.
  • Create and maintain a diverse consultant partner ecosystem to enrich Noom’s brand value.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in Consultant Relations, spearheaded the development of strong relationships and strategic market approaches within the largest consulting houses, significantly enhancing sales and partnerships. We are specifically seeking experience managing Mercer, Aon and/or WTW relationships. 
  • Proven experience successfully managing broker/consultant partnerships and achieving substantial pipeline growth and revenue increases.
  • Ability to foster strategic relationships within the broker and consultant community, driving sales leads, and executing market strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Impeccable verbal, and written communication, presentation, and articulation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Are entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, and self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel to clients and conferences as needed 25%.

Base Salary:

  • The expected base salary for this position is $169,000 - $228,000.
    • The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
