The GSI Partner Executive is critical to implementing NICE’s cohesive business development strategy driving profitable growth through our Commercial Global System Integrator partner ecosystem. The best candidate will drive sales opportunities, marketing campaigns and partner enablement to ignite growth within existing NICE partnerships.

The Partner Executive works closely with cross-functional leadership teams to execute on corporate strategy for new growth in the commercial enterprise market. Primary objective is to drive expansion with partners by leveraging expertise in and knowledge of channel partner segment, Global System Integrators, and cloud & digital transformation with NICE’s digital channels and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) offerings.

How will you make an impact? 

  • Establish and cultivate relationships inside NICE partner ecosystem for Commercial Global System Integrator partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives delivering profitable revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion
  • Architect the GSI multivendor solution, ensuring the subsystems co-function
  • Collaborate and support NICE Partner Alliance Leaders on their partner growth initiatives
  • Initiate and facilitate ongoing connections with GSI partner executives, sales and client account teams
  • Identify, structure and execute large, complex deals with Fortune 500 organizations
  • Drive GSI Partner strategy by thoroughly understanding industry trends, innovation, and market commercials
  • Lead scaling efforts for partner sales activities, including pipeline gen and management
  • Engage with clients onsite to establish various value propositions and use cases
  • Support peer sales teams to accelerate and close their GSI partner opportunities
  • Conduct value-driven discoveries with CXOs, enterprise architects, and line-of-business users
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth, pipeline creation and product/service utilization
  • Support partner training and enablement
  • Attend and participate in relevant industry and partner events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Business Growth and Operational Efficiency

  • Engage cross-functionally to drive greater sales efficiency (marketing, sales engineering, legal) to reduce costs and roadblocks
  • Understand the overall sales process and details of each stage through providing insight and strategies to increase win rates, productivity, and profitability of sales throughout the sales process
  • Review and drive our customer segmentation strategy to analyze and understand where our sweet spots are, identify target accounts and oversee the rollout process
  • Design, build and manage a segment that expedites non-standard or complex deals and supports the RFP process

Customer Revenue Analysis and Forecasting

  • Align planning and strategy for forecasting, budgeting, and sales org structure with corporate and regional objectives
  • Develop and improve sales intelligence by monitoring data quality, identifying relevant metrics, and producing streamlined reports across the entire buyer's journey, which provide insight into bottlenecks or barriers to greater sales performance

Have you got what it takes? 

  • 10+ years of technology sales experience
  • 5+ Years working with GSI (Global Systems Integrator) partner channel sales
  • 5+ years previous experience in contact center software or associated industry
  • Expert level Account Management and global systems integration methods
  • Expert level Account Management of Clients using specialized component subsystems ex: (hardware, software, networking and storage products)
  • Proven success in executing large, complex deals with Fortune 500 organizations
  • Enterprise business and financial modeling experience for GSI solutions
  • Experience dealing with enterprise level opportunities (7-figure contract values).
  • A. / B.S. from an accredited college; preference for Program and Project Management,
  • Travel up to 30% of the time
