The Associate Director, Payroll will be a people manager with one direct report who will be responsible for managing the Domestic and International payroll operations and function. This role will be a key role within the Finance Operations team and develop and improve employee life cycle processes.
The role will be reporting to VP, Finance Operations & Treasury
Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of payroll processing for a population of approximately 600 employees in multiple countries and states. Perform and review period to period reconciliationsOversee the annual W2 distribution processEnsure payroll operation policies and processes are documented, implemented, and operating effectively to ensure completeness and accuracy of results.
Assist the VP, Finance Operations in ensuring compliance with Federal/State/Local payroll laws
Act as a thought-leader and advocate for best practice service delivery and value to support the strategic objectives of the business and People Solutions
Lead the payroll team through transformation and create change-ready environment
Qualifications:
Experience with a fast paced, growing company
Experience in ADP WorkforceNow
Experience in processing international payroll
Proficient in Excel
CPP preferred
5+ years of experience
Prior management experience required
The base pay range for this position is $140,000-$160,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
