Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Premises Pre-Suit attorney within our Premises Liability department in our New York City offices.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
Complete the Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases
Guide clients through the lifecycle of their case
Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
Complete turndown approval for viability issues
Oversee formation of demand packages & settlement negotiations
Manage the release approval process
Manage a team of multiple Case Managers
Focus on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of New York
Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
Handling of Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements and other pre-litigation duties as required
Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager
Requirements
Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the NY State Bar Association
1+ years of personal injury or premises liablity experience
Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases
Ability to manage multiple Case Managers
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
This role reports to the Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager.

$100,000—$125,000 USD
