ModMed is seeking a visionary Director of GTM Innovation to lead a nimble team spearheading transformative initiatives across our growth organization. As part of the Revenue Operations function, this team focuses on crafting innovative strategies, refining processes, and leveraging technology to drive booking growth and customer retention. Your strategic leadership will ensure our sales and marketing teams operate in harmony, adapt to market changes, and maximize our GTM success.

Your Role:
Strategic Innovation and Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement forward-thinking growth strategies to enhance practice engagement and drive booking growth.
- Identify and harness emerging trends and technologies to maintain best-in-class GTM processes.
Technology and Process Optimization
- Evaluate and optimize the technology stack to support revenue functions effectively.
- Enhance the current prospect journey process, accelerating time to respond, proposal, quote creation & other important milestones, automating where possible.
- Streamline pipeline & seller process ensuring required steps have clear value and removing overly burdensome elements.
- Deploy renewed lead-to-win campaign and engagement tracking capabilities ensuring maximum visibility into attribution & success monitoring.
- Analyze and refine processes in sales and marketing to boost efficiency and productivity, implement new technology solutions where appropriate and manage seamless integrations for operational effectiveness.
Performance Measurement and Improvement
- Develop and monitor key marketing and sales performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of initiatives and maximize visibility.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of revenue processes and technology to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement programs based on performance data and feedback to enhance overall effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, and product to ensure strategic alignment.
- Manage relationships with our Digital Experience team (IT & Digital Resources administration), maximizing alignment with key stakeholders to deliver prioritized solutions and address GTM needs.
Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices
- Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across teams to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 7+ years in a GTM operations role (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops) including senior roles responsible for GTM strategy and innovation.
- 5+ years experience in managing teams focused on revenue enablement, process optimization, and technology integration.
- Previous experience in a growth B2B Technology company is required.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools such as DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent project management abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and emerging sales, revenue, and marketing tech.
- Ideally seeking a candidate located in either the Eastern or Central time zone with the ability to travel domestically up to 15% and work East Coast business hours.
