ModMed is hiring a driven Sales Enablement Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing team. The Sales Enablement Specialist ensures the successful onboarding of new sales hires and the continuous development of employees through our Sales Academy programs. This position is responsible for facilitating engaging onboarding experiences, designing impactful content, and developing eLearning modules that equip Modernizers with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to excel in sales. Through cross-functional collaboration and leveraging best practices in instructional design, this role will continuously refine onboarding programs, product training, and on-demand resources, ensuring that sales teams are prepared to contribute to customer success and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to support sales reps to drive revenue, improve skills, and maintain overall sales effectiveness within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

Content Design and eLearning Development (50%)

  • Developing Training Programs for Sales Representatives: Create and implement training modules focusing on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies, tailored to different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Content Management and Training Material Development: Contribute to the development of a comprehensive training content library, ensuring materials are relevant, current, and effectively meet training objectives.
  • LMS Administration and Sales Systems Training: Assist in managing the LMS and conduct training on key sales systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, and other tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure that training content aligns with company messaging and strategies.

Live Facilitation and Onboarding (25%)

  • Onboarding and Live Instructor-led Training: Facilitate comprehensive sales onboarding programs, including workshops and hands-on sessions, to ensure new team members are well-versed in sales processes and company products.
  • Monitoring Sales Rep Performance: Review sales performance regularly, provide feedback, and recommend further training or development opportunities. Report findings to managers.

Program Coordination (25%)

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Manage the scheduling and onboarding communication for new sales hires in partnership with other onboarding stakeholders.
  • Assessment of Training Needs: Actively participate in sales team meetings and collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Generating Reports and Communication: Analyze training outcomes and sales performance data to generate reports, and present these insights to Sales Enablement leadership.
  • All Other Duties as Assigned

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales enablement (or similar role) for a SaaS-based company
  • PMP and/or ATD Certification a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools.
  • Up to 25% domestic travel is required, and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate training sessions across different time zones.
