ModMed is hiring a driven Lead RCM Trainer to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing RCM team focused on training new and existing RCM clients based on ModMed’s training and RCM implementation model. The lead RCM Trainer plays a key role in supporting the director's efforts to create and maintain a high-quality curriculum and develop training programs that align with the department and product processes.
Your Role:
Create and Maintain a quality curriculum for RCM Training programs - inclusive of standardization with our MM India onboarding curriculum.

Learning modules compilation or creation for our LMS
Participate in business development activities as it applies to training
Stay current with system and process updates for maintaining curriculum
Support RCM Trainers in ensuring high-quality training delivery and use of curriculum materials for employee and client onboarding -and maintain team camaraderie.
Shadow team sessions, and provide feedback for continued improvement
Conduct training and workshops with clients and employees
Assist educators in recognizing solutions to client challenges
Provide technical training and onboarding team members
Seek and apply feedback to continuously improve content and delivery of training for both clients and employee onboarding .
Monitor client surveys
Seek feedback from managers and internal users to apply continuous maintenance on curriculum and delivery
Provide feedback to leadership for areas of improvement
Assist manager/ director in monitoring the capacity of training schedule, resources, and workload.

Capacity planning
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years in software training, implementation or relevant medical practice experience.
Highly skilled with Modernizing Medicine Software (mmPM/mmPay), prefrred.
Highly skilled in the delivery and execution of all training service deliverables.
Organize and facilitate workshops for ongoing team and client training.
The lead serves as an escalation point to support clients and department leaders with training needs.
Billing /RCM background, preferred.
Embraces change as a growth opportunity; learns from successes and failures and adapts to new challenges.
Understands audience needs and clearly expresses ideas to build trust, ensure understanding, and collaborate effectively.
Builds strong, positive relationships (internally and externally) and delivers customer-centric solutions.
Consistently achieves quality results, overcomes obstacles, and inspires others to do the same.
