Job Responsibilities:
- Submitting and tracking daily Time & Material tickets with support documents
- Document filing
- Entry of employee time records
- Ordering office supplies
- Developing reports for management
Work Environment:
- Field Trailer – in secured fenced lot, parking for a vehicle, carpeted office with a kitchenette
- Portable toilets with running water
- Jeans and construction appropriate attire suitable
- Office – L shaped desk, dual monitors, printer, Michels laptop
- While an on-site office – this employee will not be required to be within the construction activities but welcomed to be onsite
- PPE provided as needed

What it takes:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination
- Accounts payable/receivable experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications)
- Relevant construction industry experience (preferred)
- Communications skills, both oral and written; accurate, clear and concise
