About the position:

Responsibilities

Manage physical shop inventory including performing regular counts and stocking
Maintain inventory data in internal systems covering deliveries, tool usage and material movements
Pull and prepare orders for job sites
Coordinate shipping and deliveries (parcels & freight) and perform on-site delivery when needed
Request vendor quotes for parts and services and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain shop and warehouse

Your Profile

Minimum 2 years' experience managing technical equipment
Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred
Procurement and purchasing experience is a plus
Comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability
Proficient in MS office and inventory management systems
Valid German Class B driver’s license
Fluent in German and English
