Responsibilities
- Manage physical shop inventory including performing regular counts and stocking
- Maintain inventory data in internal systems covering deliveries, tool usage and material movements
- Pull and prepare orders for job sites
- Coordinate shipping and deliveries (parcels & freight) and perform on-site delivery when needed
- Request vendor quotes for parts and services and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain shop and warehouse
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing technical equipment
- Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred
- Procurement and purchasing experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability
- Proficient in MS office and inventory management systems
- Valid German Class B driver’s license
- Fluent in German and English
