Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness within the iGaming sector.

  •  Oversee the affiliate program, including recruiting new affiliates, nurturing existing relationships, and optimizing performance to achieve revenue targets.

  • Leverage existing industry contacts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance our market presence and drive growth.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions and ensuring our offerings remain competitive.

  • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.

  • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Manager in the iGaming industry, with a strong emphasis on affiliate management.

  • Deep understanding of the iGaming landscape, including regulatory considerations, market trends, and player behaviors.

  • Established network of industry partners and affiliates, with the ability to attract and onboard new partners effectively.

  • Proficient in analyzing data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
