Job Overview: 

The Khoros engagement platform comprises Online Community, Social Media Management and Messaging products for social customer service, social support and social media marketing teams to listen, respond and act on customer conversations – creating deep relationships and fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.

We are looking for a stellar Manager of Sales Enablement to help train and empower our global go-to-market functions. You will be leading our Sales Enablement team in managing our revenue enablement programs.You will look for opportunities to optimize our enablement programs and deliver a great experience to all customer facing roles. You’ll also work closely with go-to-market leaders to uncover learning and development opportunities.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coaching Enablement team members to deliver exceptional programs for the revenue organization
  • Conducting needs analysis by identifying the sales and other go-to-market department priorities and skill gaps to determine sales training and enablement priorities
  • Refining and delivering results-driven sales training and enablement programs using a wide variety of design & training methodologies techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices adhering to adult learning theory to ensure maximum effectiveness of training and enablement programs
  • Presenting sales modules, presentations, demo skills workshops, sales skills and processes at forums such as, but not limited to, sales and go-to-market bootcamps, new release events as required for new processes and business needs
  • Assisting with large-scale enablement programming, especially Sales Kick-Off
  • Working closely with GTM leaders to analyze the performance of sales force so that additional learning interventions can be developed and prescribed
  • Facilitating process with Sales and Go-to-Market leaders to identify strengths and development needs
  • Providing ongoing or additional training to go-to-market team members based on skill set and/or competency
  • Regularly incorporating appropriate evaluation tools and practices, to assess the effectiveness of training programs and ensure ROI
  • Promote a culture of data-driven continuous improvement and recognition (e.g., monitor enablement completion/usage data and sales production data to recognize top performers; identify learning/performance gaps and align with go to market leadership to address those gaps)
  • Ensuring sellers are demonstrating excellence with how they present, demo, and communicate Khoros’ products

You might be a good fit if you have: 

  • 7 years in a SasS sales organization, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales or revenue enablement role
  • 3 or more years of team leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design and development, and training technologies
  • Experience with MEDDIC methodology
  • Proactive nature with ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Passion for process improvement and helping others succeed
  • Displays respect, integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Litmos or other similar GTM technologies
  • Great organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience with curriculum development

 

This is a United States-based, remote position; however, at this time we are not able to consider candidates living in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000.00-$120,000.00 with a 15% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
