Job Overview: 

Our Business Operations team is looking for a Manager for our Business Systems teams with experience working on projects in a fast paced B2B SaaS company. As a Manager of Business Systems, you'll collaborate with business sponsors on various projects from deploying new systems to enhancements of existing enterprise applications.  You'll have an integral part in managing the core systems we use in our sales, support and service organization and that feed into our reporting and tracking tools to manage the business.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Partner directly with business units to build roadmaps to meet the system needs that will support business goals, upcoming process changes, system integrations and other requirements.
  • Own the prioritization of work across multiple system administrators and developers.
  • Act as lead Business Analyst to identify system needs, gather requirements, and assign work for successful project delivery.
  • Take ambiguous business problems and provide maintainable solutions that also drive return on investment.
  • Look at our applications strategically and advise stakeholders on ways to improve their processes.
  • Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and manage expectations from project inception through delivery.
  • Work with other business analysts and system administrators to convert business requirements into functional and technical designs.
  • Administer, configure, and enhance business systems solutions including reviewing flows or work of the system administrators reporting to you.
  • Support help tickets and requests for existing system changes.
  • Create and maintain a roadmap of prioritized projects and track quarterly delivery to the roadmap.

You might be a good fit if:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a centralized IT, Business Systems, Product or Operations Analyst role
  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across different platforms and applications, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • The ideal candidate has experience working with our existing technology stack including Salesforce, Gainsight, Certinia (Financial Force), Domo, Pendo, Workday, Netsuite.  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred

 

This is a United States-based, remote position; however, at this time we are not able to consider candidates living in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$130,000 with a 15% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
