Who You Are

Our Growth Marketing team is building a best in class acquisition engine. We are looking for an outcome-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale our affiliate marketing program and lead the charge to test and optimize new campaigns and lead generation channels to drive qualified sales pipeline. The successful candidate is adept at demonstrating an arsenal of optimization tactics and breakthrough net new ideas to accomplish these goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, integrated campaigns, and growth strategies. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and generating revenue through strategic partnerships and triggered programs. 

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will build deep relationships with sales and revenue operations partners to ensure our marketing strategies are working in lock-step with the broader Revenue organization. You’ll also work closely with product marketing to build campaign messaging, channel experts to execute multi-channel integrated campaigns, marketing operations to operationalize your strategies, and analytics to report on the success of your efforts.

The ideal candidate has experience dreaming, planning, launching, and determining success of marketing campaigns and ongoing programs that drive direct-response goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a sharp growth marketer to make a big impact in a dynamic and fast-paced organization. 

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with high-value affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators to expand our affiliate network and drive traffic and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Pipeline Management: Establish SLAs with sales partners to ensure marketing and sales are working in lock-step to generate pipeline and accelerate pipeline to close.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with the content team to develop compelling and authentic content that resonates with our community and supports affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify and test new growth opportunities within affiliate marketing and other emerging channels, leveraging data-driven insights to scale successful initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget for affiliate marketing and other key initiatives, ensuring cost-effective growth and maximizing return on investment.
  • Innovate: Drive continued innovation and improvement by recommending new marketing strategies to expand our reach, increase relevance, refine our segmentation and targeting, and engage and convert prospects 
  • Perform other related responsibilities as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7+ years overall marketing experience, with at least 3+ years experience in B2B 
  • Experience managing complex integrated campaigns that integrate marketing and sales activities
  • Someone who loves building, and is comfortable with defining new strategies and plans
  • Someone with an operational mindset who will be able to take complex concepts and put them into practice, working cross-functionally across many stakeholders
  • A constant learner, with deep knowledge of the performance marketing landscape
  • Strong experience with presenting to sales and marketing leaders and distilling complex analysis into essential considerations that support decision making
  • Experience working with modern tools and a strong understanding of how data flows end to end 
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to create, work and summarize large data sets into clear insights that inform decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations, and an interest in teaching others

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $155,500.00 - $171,050.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
